Arlyn Argüello Gleason

Arlyn Argüello Gleason is the UK Head of Compliance at SparkChange. Arlyn has over eight years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining SparkChange, Arlyn was the Group Head of Internal Control and MLRO at OTCex, a leading provider of online trading services for retail and institutional investors. Arlyn was also the Senior Compliance and Internal Control Manager at Finex LLP, a London-based investment firm. Arlyn has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of London and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).

Arlyn Argüello Gleason reports to Elliot Waxman, CEO. They are on a team with Phil Beattie - Head, Strategic Partnerships, Jan Ahrens - Chief Product Officer, and Billal Ismail - Head, Sales.
