Ladonna Wernli

LaDonna Wernli SPHR has held various roles in human resources throughout their career. LaDonna most recently worked as the Director of People Operations at SparkCognition Government Systems (SGS) since October 2021. Prior to that, they were part of the human resources team at SparkCognition from July 2021 to October 2021. From 2017 to 2021, LaDonna served as an Independent Human Resources Consultant at StressWood LLC. LaDonna also worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Kasasa in 2016 and as the Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Concordia University Texas from 2014 to 2016. LaDonna's prior experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) from 2007 to 2014 and working in human resources, administrative, and account management roles at TDIndustries, Inc. from 2000 to 2006.

LaDonna Wernli SPHR holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Consumer Sciences from Texas State University. LaDonna obtained their SPHR certification from HRCI in February 2008. Additionally, they are a Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) from the World at Work Society, obtained in 2009. Furthermore, they are a Licensed Real Estate Agent, certified by the Texas Real Estate Commission in June 2004.
