Bernard Moon

Bernard Moon is the co-founder and general partner of SparkLabs Taipei. Bernard has also co-founded SparkLabs Korea and was the CEO and co-founder of XS Groupe. Bernard has a long history of working in the electricity sector, having worked as a sensor for the EDF Pulse Programme.

Bernard Moon received their MPA from Columbia SIPA in the field of telecom and new media policy. Bernard also holds a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in English and psychology. Bernard has also received certification from MIT Sloan Executive Education in blockchain technologies: business innovation and application.

Some of their coworkers include Flora Hsieh - Program Director, Sandy Tsai - Program Manager, and Wei Ma - Program Manager. Their manager is Edgar Chiu, Co-founder & Managing Partner.
