Davianne Harris is Chief Client Officer & Head of the Equitable Futures Consulting Practice at sparks & honey. Over her career, Davianne has identified innovations pathways and growth opportunities for global brands through the lens of human behavior, consumerism and culture. At sparks & honey, Davianne manages C-suite client relationships and drives organic growth among key clients while embedding diversity, equity and inclusion into the way organizational transformation is achieved. Davianne holds a B.A. in Communication and Consumer Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.A. in Media, Culture and Communication from NYU. Davianne is an avid fitness enthusiast and loves traveling with her husband and two children.
