Jennifer Brown is currently an advisor at sparks & honey. Prior to their current position, they held various roles in the corporate world including CEOWORLD magazine, Publish Your Purpose Press, and Jennifer Brown Consulting. In 2005, they joined The Madison Consulting Group as a senior facilitator, designer, and executive coach where they designed and developed programs for leadership training of Fortune 500 companies. A few years later, they became the director of training & development at Tommy Hilfiger, USA where they built an enterprise-wide leadership development program called “Tommy University”. Jennifer has also worked as a training specialist at Willis and a consultant, training & development leader at City Year.

Jennifer Brown has an Executive MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, an MS in Organizational Development from Fordham University, and a Master of Arts - MA in Voice from Manhattan School of Music. Jennifer also has a BA in Theirtory and Art Theirtory from Middlebury College and a High School diploma from The Cate School. In addition, they are certified by the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC) as an LGBT-owned and certified business, and by WBENC as a Woman-Owned and Certified Business.
