Joon Park has a diverse work experience ranging from brand strategy internships to positions in cultural strategy and advertising. They started as a Brand Strategy Intern at Wolf & Wilhelmine in 2017 and later joined Translation LLC in the same role. In 2018, they became Mx. ADCOLOR 2019 and Chair of Pride @ ADCOLOR at the ADCOLOR Conference and Awards. They also worked as a Brand Strategy Intern at GLAAD and received the GLAAD Rising Stars grant. Joon Park joined Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity as a Cannes Can: Diversity Collective Scholar in 2019. They then moved on to roles as a Junior Cultural Strategist, Cultural Strategist, and Senior Cultural Strategist at sparks & honey. Joon Park is currently the Director of Strategy at the same company, starting in April 2023. They also served as a judge for the American Advertising Federation and Getty Images in 2022.
