Andrew Collins has had a varied and extensive career in the art industry. In 2020, they began working as a Concept Artist at Sparkypants Studios. From 2018-2020, they worked as a Freelance Digital Illustrator/Concept Artist/Animator for Andrew Collins Art, providing a variety of art needs to the DC Metro Area and beyond. From 2015-2018, they were an Artist at Dig-It! Games. From 2012-2015, they worked as a Motion Graphics Artist at Halfyard Productions, originally in charge of completing illustrations and half of all show animations for the television show, How the States Got Their Shapes. From 2011-2012, they were an Illustrator and Visual Effects Apprentice at PixelDust Studios. In 2011, they worked as a Political Cartoonist for www.pculpa.com, a Freelance Illustrator for the National Wildlife Federation, and a Bartender/Bouncer/Barback at Red Dove Tavern. In 2009, they were a Teaching Fellow at Hobart and William Smith Colleges and a Cartoonist for the Martini, an alternative student publication at Hobart and William Smith Colleges called "Synchronized Sinking".

Andrew Collins attended Hobart and William Smith Colleges from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy.
