Harika Alluru

Harika Alluru has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In 2011, they worked as a Cognos Developer at both Simon Property Group and the Department of Public Welfare, PA. In 2012, they joined Phoenix Life Insurance Company as a Senior Business Intelligence Developer. Harika then moved on to Computer Guidance Corporation in 2013, where they worked as a Sr BI developer for nearly a decade. In 2022, Harika joined Meadows Behavioral Healthcare as a Sr.BI consultant before taking on the role of Business Analytics Manager at Sparrow Single-Family Rental Homes later in the same year.

Harika Alluru obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology from The University of Texas at El Paso. Harika pursued their studies in this field from 2008 to 2010.
