Jami Schulman

Jami Schulman has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Jami is currently the Co-Founder, President, and COO of Sparrow Single-Family Rental Homes, a position they have held since September 2020. Prior to that, they were the Co-Founder of IMAJN Homes starting from October 2018. Before their role at IMAJN Homes, Jami served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of IMAJ LLC from August 2015.

Jami held the position of Chief Operating Officer at HavenBrook Homes from September 2015 to October 2018. Before joining HavenBrook Homes, they worked as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Operations at Progress Residential from September 2014 to July 2015.

Prior to their roles in rental home companies, Jami was the Chief Operating Officer of Beazer Pre-Owned Homes from May 2012 to August 2014. Jami also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Communities Southwest from 2003 to May 2012.

Jami's earlier work experience includes serving as Area Counsel at Pulte Homes from 2002 to 2003, Corporate Counsel at Del Webb Corporation from 1999 to 2002, and Associate at Ryley Carlock & Applewhite from 1993 to 1999.

Jami Schulman holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis. Additionally, Jami Schulman has completed a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Kansas School of Law.
