Bettina Mortensen

Bettina Mortensen has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Bettina started their career as a Special Education Teacher at Ravenna Public Schools in 1999 and worked there until 2007. From 2004 to 2013, they served as the Planning Commission Officer at Casnovia Village. In 2006, they joined Eastern Service Unit, initially as a Transition Coordinator until 2010, and then as the Supervisor of Special Education until 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Special Education at Sparta Area Schools, starting from 2015.

Bettina Mortensen completed their Master of Education (MEd) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Grand Valley State University. Bettina attended the university from 1997 to 1999.
