Oona Niklas-Salminen

Oona Niklas-Salminen has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. They started their career as a Project Team Lead at the Home Care department Ylöjärvi in 2014, where they were responsible for leading a project team. They continued in this role until September 2018.

In 2016, Oona joined adSalsa as a Country Manager, a position they held until October 2018.

In 2020, Oona joined Trainers' House as a Marketer and later became a Team Lead. They performed these roles from January to July 2020.

The same year, Oona also worked as a Finnish Agent at Viking Assistance from August 2020 to April 2021.

Currently, Oona is working at Sparta Consulting, where they have held multiple roles since April 2021. They started as a Sales Manager, and later transitioned to the roles of Recruiting Consultant and Talent Sourcer, which they currently hold.

Oona Niklas-Salminen obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from ESEI International Business School Barcelona. Oona completed their studies from 2014 to 2017.
