Norm Haberl

Norm Haberl has a substantial amount of work experience in various leadership roles in the supply chain industry. Norm began their career at Tops Markets, where they served as the Director of Distribution Systems for nearly a decade. After that, they joined Ahold, where they managed the acquisition and implementation of supply chain systems across multiple distribution centers. Norm then moved on to BI-LO, LLC, where they took on the position of Director of Warehousing and Systems. At American Sales Company, they were the Vice President of Distribution and oversaw the strategic direction and operational execution of the supply chain. Norm continued to climb the corporate ladder at Ahold Delhaize, serving as the Vice President of Warehousing and then Vice President of Distribution Operations at Stop & Shop. Norm'snext role was as the Vice President of Operations at Peapod, where they led several large e-commerce fulfillment operations, driving double-digit growth in online sales. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at SpartanNash. Throughout their career, Norm Haberl has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive operational performance and financial accountability in the supply chain industry.

Norm Haberl attended Buffalo State University from 1981 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications.
