Jeffrey Kaplan

Jeffrey Kaplan has a strong background in engineering leadership and management. Jeffrey is currently the Corporate Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Spartronics, where they oversee engineering performance and capacity planning. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Engineering, RF & Microwave at Winchester Interconnect, where they led the integration of multiple acquisitions into a single business unit. Jeffrey also founded their own consulting firm, Robust Product LLC, where they worked with manufacturers to optimize their engineering investment. Jeffrey held leadership positions at Volex and AirBorn Inc., focusing on engineering and product development. Jeffrey'sexperience spans multiple industries, including Aerospace & Defense, Healthcare, and Industrial markets.

Jeffrey Kaplan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering & Engineering Management from Tufts University. Jeffrey also obtained a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University. Additionally, they have certifications as a Six Sigma Champion and Six Sigma Green Belt from AirBorn Inc.
