Eric Reed, SPHR has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources. Eric began their career in 1994 at Wal-Mart Stores Inc. in various roles, starting as an Area Coach and later as an Operations Manager and Quality Assurance Manager. In 2004, they took on the role of Human Resource Manager at Lowe's. Two years later, they moved to Giant Eagle as a Human Resource Manager. In 2008, they became Human Resource Manager at Coca Cola Enterprises, where they managed all aspects of HR for manufacturing, distribution and transportation functions. In 2010, they were appointed as Complex Human Resource Manager at Pilgrim's Pride. In 2012, they were Human Resource Manager at Sugar Foods Corporation, and in 2014, they were Human Resources Director at Tru Cabinetry. Since 2017, they have been Vice President Human Resources at Sparus Holdings, LLC.
Eric Reed, SPHR completed their college preparatory studies at Seneca High School in 1989. Eric then went on to earn their Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Psychology from PennWest Clarion in 1993. In addition, they have obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI.
