Hannah Dunham has a diverse work experience in the field of education and mathematics. Hannah started their career as a Teacher of Mathematics at Robert Blake Science College in 2015, where they were promoted to the position of 2nd in the department in the 2017 academic year. In 2018, they joined the Ted Wragg Trust as an Assistant Headteacher, where they served as the Director of Mathematics and led the maths department through a period of change. During their time there, they worked closely with Sparx maths to ensure consistency and quality for the students. In 2021, they became a Lecturer of Mathematics at Bath Spa University, where they were responsible for the subject development of Teach First trainees. Hannah utilized a hybrid approach of in-school and remote observations using iRIS connect. Currently, Hannah is working as the Subject Development Lead - Mathematics at Teach First, where they are responsible for the development of trainee maths teachers' subject and pedagogical knowledge.
Hannah Dunham completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Education at Durham University from 2011 to 2015. Hannah then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Education from the University of Bristol between 2015 and 2016.
