Jake Steinerman

Jake Steinerman is the current Head of Community at Spatial. Prior to this, Jake was a Principal Augmented Reality Engineer at PTC from November 2018 to March 2021. In this role, Jake developed 100+ Tableau workbooks for key strategic accounts, utilizing scrum and agile methodologies. Jake also designed and executed redesigned data visualization processes that reduced rework and support time by more than 75%.

Before joining PTC, Jake was a Digital Innovation Specialist (AR/VR, CX) at The Dow Chemical Company from June 2012 to October 2018. In this role, Jake built augmented & virtual reality experiences to transform the Dow brand, as well as the employee and customer experience on a global level, including for use at the 2018 Olympic Games. Jake also identified emerging technologies, and created innovative prototypes that aligned with business challenges and opportunities.

Jake has a passion for using technology to create meaningful experiences for people. Jake has extensive experience in designing and executing data visualization processes, as well as leading design thinking workshops. Jake is also skilled in conducting social listening analyses and identifying consumer trends. Jake is a strong collaborator who is able to work effectively across teams by applying agile methodologies. In addition, Jake has a keen eye for identifying early-growth stage startups for potential partnerships and co-innovation opportunities.

Jake Steinerman has a Bachelor of Science in Social Computing Informatics from the University of Michigan. Jake also has a Master of Business Administration from the Quantic School of Business and Technology. Jake has also done some study abroad in General Studies from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem International Alumni Association. Jake Steinerman is certified from NFT.NYC in #NFTNYC2021 Speaker and from Microsoft in MCSE - Azure Cloud Platform and Infrastructure and MCSA: Cloud Platform - Certified 2017.
