Ryan Boyd

Ryan Boyd has a diverse work experience in the fields of talent acquisition, recruiting, and finance. Ryan currently works as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Parloa, a leading SaaS platform for Conversational AI. Prior to this, Ryan held various roles at Robert Half, including VP, Direct Hire Recruiting Manager, AVP, Practice Director, Senior Talent Manager, and Talent Manager. Ryan also gained early experience as a Finance Intern at Infineon Technologies.

Ryan Boyd attended California State University, Fullerton from 2011 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance, General. In 2015, they also briefly studied Vietnamese History and Literature at the International School, Vietnam National University, Hanoi / Khoa Quốc tế - ĐHQGHN. Additionally, in the same year, they had an opportunity to explore International Finance at Nürtingen-Geislingen University (HfWU).
