Peter Ng

Peter Ng is the VP of Design at Spatial. Prior to that, they were a Staff Product Designer at Uber from July 2014 to July 2018. There, they led design for Rider and Driver Experiences. Before that, they were a Senior UX Designer at Google from March 2011 to June 2014. There, they worked on Android framework and SystemUI experience, and launched new products including Google Now, Google Hangouts, Google Keep, Calendar, and Talk. Peter's last project at Google was developing the concept of Material Design and evangelizing it across the company. Prior to that, they were the Founder & Creative at Legitimate Hero from October 2007 to March 2011. Before that, they were a Designer, Animator, and 3D Generalist at Telepictures from October 2007 to January 2011. And before that, they were a 3D Training and Development Intern at DreamWorks Animation from September 2005 to January 2007.

Peter Ng's educational career includes earning a Bachelor's Degree in Design Media Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles, as well as completing coursework in film graphics and animation at both South Pasadena High School and the University of Southern California.
