Josiah Eberhart

Josiah Eberhart has a diverse work experience in the fields of operations, property holdings, real estate, and finance. Josiah is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Spaxel since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President at JRK Property Holdings from July 2019 to March 2021. Before joining JRK Property Holdings, Josiah worked at A&E Real Estate as part of their asset management team from May 2018 to July 2019. Josiah also gained experience as an Associate at Eberhart Brothers Inc. from September 2016 to April 2018. Prior to that, they worked at JRK Property Holdings as an Asset Manager and then as a Multifamily Analyst from June 2010 to May 2016. Josiah started their career as a Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley in June 2009 and interned as an Advance Intern at John McCain 2008 in June 2008.

Josiah Eberhart obtained a B.A. degree in History from Claremont McKenna College from 2006 to 2010. Before that, they completed their International Baccalaureate at The Dwight School from 2003 to 2006.
