Jessica Amos

Jessica Amos, PMP, has a solid background in technology management and consulting. Jessica is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Restaurant Technology at SPB Hospitality, where they oversee technology compliance and availability for 17 brands and 250 restaurants. Previously, they worked as the Senior Applications Manager at Luby's Inc., leading a team and implementing an online ordering system that increased sales by 10%. Prior to that, they gained expertise in business intelligence and project management as a Business Intelligence Consultant at MRE Consulting. Jessica also has experience in technical analysis and maintenance as a Technical Analyst at Service Corporation International. Jessica's career also includes teaching positions at Bossier Parish Community College and Louisiana State University in Shreveport, as well as an internship as a Systems Analyst at State Farm. Jessica is skilled in various technologies including point of sale systems, loyalty programs, reservation systems, and business intelligence tools.

Jessica Amos, PMP has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from LSU Shreveport. Jessica also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Information Systems from Northwestern State University.
