Mike Ibis

Mike Ibis has a solid background in supply chain and procurement management. Mike is currently working as the Senior Director of Supply Chain at SPB Hospitality. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of Supply Chain and Purchasing at Krystal Restaurants LLC from 2021 to 2023. Before that, they worked at Inspire Brands as the Director of Procurement - Global Supply Chain from 2020 to 2021. Mike also has experience in the restaurant industry, having served as the Director of Beverage Procurement at Buffalo Wild Wings from 2018 to 2020, and as a Purchasing Manager - Food and Beverage from 2014 to 2018. Mike started their career at C.H. Robinson, where they held various roles such as Glory Foods Fresh, Category Manager, Business Development Specialist, Buyer, and Sales Representative from 2006 to 2014. Throughout their career, Mike has demonstrated expertise in implementing procurement strategies, managing multiple categories, and building partnerships across the supply chain.

Mike Ibis received a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from St. Cloud State University, which they completed from 2002 to 2006.
