Eline Kuiper

Eline Kuiper has been working in the Human Resources field since 2006. In 2005, they began their career as a Telemarketer for The Fundraising Company. In 2006, they worked as a Domiciliary Care for a private employer. In 2008, they worked as a Temporary Intermediary for Proflex Employment agency, outsourced at PostNL. In 2009, they worked as a Receptionist for Gemeente Amsterdam. From 2011 to 2020, they worked for AccorHotels in multiple roles, including Temporary Executive Assistant of the COO HotelServices Benelux, Management Trainee Executive Office (COO) Benelux, and Receptionist, Reservations Agent and Bartender. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Human Resources Manager for Hotel The Toren and Hotel Arena | PARK. In 2020, they were a Human Resources Advisor for de Bijenkorf and is currently the Head of Talent Management for Speakap.

Eline Kuiper completed a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Amsterdam in 2016, following a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same university, obtained in 2015. Eline has also obtained various certifications, including Talent Management in de (HR) praktijk from IMF Academy in December 2022, Certificate Reflector Big Five Personality & Drives / Connector Ability from PiCompany Nordics in July 2021, HR analytics voor analisten from AnalitiQs in December 2020, Collegereeks Bedrijfskunde voor HR from Nyenrode Business Universiteit in November 2019, and Cursus Arbeids- en Sociaal Recht from NCOI Opleidingen in January 2018.
