Lewis White currently serves as the Regional Engagement Manager for North East & Scotland at Speakers for Schools, a position held since January 2021, while also overseeing the National Teen Book Club programme delivery. Prior to this role, Lewis held the position of Customer Experience Team Leader at Burberry from October 2017 to January 2021, where responsibilities included managing customer service operations and handling complex escalations. Lewis gained valuable experience as a Customer Service Supervisor at Waitrose from November 2010 to October 2017, as well as in customer service at Harding Retail. Lewis holds A Levels in ICT and Psychology from Notre Dame College, completed between 2009 and 2012.
