Carla Giambona

Carla Giambona is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Spear Physical Therapy since February 2019, Carla previously held multiple roles at IntegraMed Fertility from August 2008 to August 2018, including Director of Human Resources. In that capacity, Carla contributed to managing North America's largest network of fertility clinics and received the Spirit of Service Award in 2011 for exceptional service. Prior roles include HR Manager at Destination Hotels and Resorts, where recruitment strategies were enhanced through partnerships with educational institutions, and a Recruiter at Alden Staffing. Carla holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University.
