Michal Bezalel

Michal Bezalel is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director at SpearUAV, a defense company focused on unmanned aerial systems since June 2021. In this role, Michal is a member of the management team and is responsible for building HR strategies aligned with business priorities. Prior to SpearUAV, Michal held the position of VP HR at Votiro, a cybersecurity startup specializing in neutralizing content attacks, from May 2019 to April 2020. Additionally, Michal worked at Omnisys from November 2006 to April 2019, where roles included HR Business Partner, HR Director, and Technical Recruitment Coordinator, contributing to the development of HR strategies and organizational culture. Michal holds a BA in Behavioral Science from The College of Management Academic Studies, earned between 2000 and 2003, and further education at the same institution from 2006 to 2008.
