Having worked with individuals with developmental disabilities - and in the non-profit sector - Katrina joined us in 2008 as an MSC. After overseeing the Emmons Hiller Supported Employment Program and working as the Pre-Vocational and Supported Employment Supervisor, she was promoted to her current post where she is devoted to the ongoing vocational training and sustainable employment for those we support. Outside of work, Katrina enjoys spending time with her daughter.

Special Citizens Futures Unlimited
In 1976, a group of parents of autistic adolescents came together to organize Special Citizens as a nonprofit organization. The organization began as a vehicle to advocate for ongoing adult programs for their children who had aged out of Special Education services with very few options for long-term housing or day programming.
