Our organization, Special Education Associates, Inc. is approved by the New York State Education Department, (SED), to service the pre-school child identified by the various City/or County Committees on Pres-school Special Education (CPSE) as having special needs. To accomplish this goal we have a staff of specially trained teachers and supervisors who have experience in successfully dealing with the special needs of pre-school children. They work within the "Special Education Itinerant Teacher"​ program (SEIT) as administered through the New York City Board of Education and/or other County Boards of Education.
