Ditte Stern Bach

Ditte Stern Bach is currently the Afdelingsleder at Special Minds. Ditte has previously worked as an Afdelingskoordinator at AspIT from January 2010 to September 2015. In this role, they were responsible for leadership, project management, educational and instructional development, teaching, counseling, student recruitment, administration, marketing, external partner relations, HR, and competence development.

Ditte is an experienced leader with a strong background in educational development and instruction. Ditte is passionate about working with students and helping them reach their full potential. Ditte is also dedicated to developing the staff and creating a positive work environment.

Ditte Stern Bach has a Professionsbachelor in Pædagogik from Aalborg socialpædagogiske seminarium and a cand.pæd.soc in educational sociology from Aarhus University.

They work with Marianne Præstegaard Heessels - Controller, Sidsel Freja Sindal Birk - Department Manager, and Orla Pedersen - CTO. Their manager is Brian Busk, CEO.
