CNH Business Consultants Pvt Ltd was founded in December 2014 by the individual. As the Founder and Director, they successfully built two businesses specializing in Event Management & Production, Marketing Services, and HR Consulting. They were responsible for setting the HR agenda, implementing HR strategies, and leading a team in various HR interventions. They also had experience in General Management and HR Operations at Springer India Pvt Ltd, where they managed MD office operations, talent acquisition, performance analysis and appraisals, and HR policies and procedures. They are currently the Head of HR & Finance at Special Olympics Bharat, starting from August 2022.

CNH Business Consultants is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai from 2020 to 2021. In 2007 to 2008, they completed a Diploma in Human Resource Management at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in Navi Mumbai. They also have a 4-semester course in French Language from Alliance Francaise De Delhi, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Delhi University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Travel & Tourism, also from Delhi University. Additionally, they have studied Japanese Language and Literature for 2 semesters at Japan Culture & Information Centre. In terms of additional certifications, they are expected to complete a Masters in Business Management (Human Resources) from NMIMS Global in 2023.
