Hillary Glencross, EdD has extensive work experience in various roles. Hillary began their career as a Ticket Sales employee at Nashoba Valley Ski Area in 2007. From 2009 to 2011, Hillary worked as an Office Assistant at Hagar's Sisters. In 2011, they pursued a career in childcare as a Nanny until 2014. During this time, they also worked as a Substitute Physical Education Teacher at both Watertown Public Schools and Newton Public Schools. In 2013, Hillary became a full-time Physical Education Teacher at Watertown Public Schools. Hillary later worked as a Physial Education Substitute Teacher at Waltham Public Schools in 2013. Hillary's experience in education continued when they joined Special Olympics Massachusetts in 2015 as the Head Basketball Coach.

Hillary Glencross, EdD has a strong educational background with a focus on physical education and curriculum development. Hillary obtained their EdD in Curriculum, Teaching, Learning, and Leadership from Northeastern University, completing their studies between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Master's Degree in Adapted Physical Education from Western Michigan University from 2015 to 2017. Hillary also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sport and Movement Science from Salem State University, which they obtained between 2010 and 2013.

Hillary's educational journey began at Acton-Boxborough Regional High School, where they completed their high school education from 2006 to 2010. Outside of their formal education, Hillary has also pursued various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These certifications include Youth Mental Health First Aid obtained from the National Council for Behavioral Health in June 2018, RAD Basic Instructor obtained from RAD in December 2015, Level 1 Archery obtained from USA Archery in March 2015, and Heartsaver First Aid & CPR Instructor obtained from the American Heart Association in January 2015.
