Stephanie Palladini

Stephanie Palladini currently serves as the Chief Mission Officer at Special Olympics Rhode Island, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Stephanie spent nearly twelve years at ALEX AND ANI, advancing through various titles including Chief of Staff and Vice President of the Strategic Management Office. Stephanie also held multiple positions focusing on business process improvement and creative operations. Earlier experience includes working with special needs individuals at United Cerebral Palsy of Rhode Island and gaining customer service skills at Shaw's Supermarkets. Stephanie's professional journey began with an internship at GT Safety Products, Inc., where management skills were developed across several departments. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Operations Management from Rhode Island College.
