Crystal Pauley-Jenkins

Crystal Pauley-Jenkins has a diverse work experience, with a focus on human resources and talent acquisition. Crystal currently works as the Director of Human Resources at Special Olympics Southern California since August 2018. Prior to this, they were involved in talent acquisition at Mattel, Inc. from 2014 to 2018, working closely with HR Business Partners, recruiters, and hiring managers. Crystal also served as the Human Resources and Volunteer Services Manager at Special Olympics Southern California from 2007 to 2014. Crystal has experience in corporate recruiting and employee services, having worked at The Eastridge Group and Golden Nugget Las Vegas, respectively.
