Mr. Herman has been nationally recognized for this specialization in the strike and crisis response security. He continues to offer consultancy on such topics and trains and lectures for multiple law enforcement and professional security seminars.
Mr. Herman is a firm believer in leading by example. He has led Special Response Corporation through over 2100 security-related deployments in the U.S. and Canada. His security contingency plans have been implemented in hundreds of small businesses, Fortune 500 companies, and public agencies – all of which were looking at critical situations, whether homeland security or natural and manmade disasters.
Thanks to the guidance of Mr. Herman, Special Response Corporation has provided security teams to a great number of high-profile clients, including Fortune 500 companies during the Los Angeles riots, the CDC to protect the anthrax vaccine, and to provide security protection for crucial infrastructures after September 11. Long-term security deployments have been carried out in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida due to hurricanes and other natural disasters.
Mr. Herman also recognizes the importance of maintaining his knowledge as times change. He continues to participate in courses and physical security training, asset protection, security management, special weapons/tactics, terrorism, executive protection, and public relations.
