Alex S. has a diverse work experience that spans from 2013 to the present. In 2013, Alex was a Café Lead and Server at Barnes & Noble, Inc. where they were promoted to a leadership role and managed a team of 10 direct reports. In 2016, Alex was an Office Admin and Order Manager at WS Bath Collections, where they tracked orders and liaised between suppliers, dispatch, and customers. In 2017, Alex was a Disability Paralegal at Victory Disability, where they facilitated and executed Social Security disability claim management for 100 to 250 concurrent veteran benefit cases. In 2018, Alex became Self-Employed as a Freelance Web and Graphic Designer, and also worked at Specialty Answering Service as an Account Programmer and Project Manager, and as a Customer Support Agent. In their current role, Alex programs and builds customer accounts providing strategic and technical support throughout the onboarding experience and beyond, and develops and codes original scripts for phone operators working in a call center environment.
