Nashiyat Fyza

Nashiyat Fyza is a skilled engineer with a diverse background in manufacturing and quality engineering. Currently serving as a Quality Engineer at Dynapar Corporation since January 2023, Nashiyat leads a team in Lean Kaizen initiatives and addresses quality issues through root cause analysis. Previously, Nashiyat held roles at Polyhose Inc. as a Manufacturing Engineer and Project Engineer, where responsibilities included coordinating extrusion line installations, sourcing materials, developing production tooling, and ensuring quality standards. With hands-on experience in academia as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at The University of Toledo, along with a foundation in community outreach through the Information Centers of Nuclear Energy, Nashiyat’s education includes an Executive MBA from Duke University and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo.
