Jim Pastor is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Corporate Executive Chef at Specialty Restaurants since October 2011, Jim has also held roles as Eastern Regional Chef and Executive Chef. Prior to this, Jim worked as a Banquet Chef at W Hotels from July 2009 to October 2011 and as a Sous Chef for a three-meal restaurant at Hyatt Hotels Corporation from January 2008 to June 2009. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Johnson & Wales University, completed between 2002 and 2006.
