Jai Guliani

Jai Guliani has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Jai is currently the Director of Facilities and Construction at Specialty1 Partners since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at REEF as the Director of Launch - Kitchens & Retail from July 2020 to July 2022. Jai also served as the Director of Facilities & Engineering Operations at Sodexo, where they worked on projects for General Electric - Power Systems from May 2019 to June 2020. Before that, they held the position of Senior Facility Operations & Engineering Manager at Sodexo, where they managed operations for Chicago Public Schools from April 2018 to May 2019. Jai also worked as a Facility Operations Manager at Sodexo, overseeing operations at Lansing School District from July 2017 to April 2018. Prior to their time at Sodexo, they were the Senior Operations Manager at New Image Building Services Inc., where they managed operations for various health care facilities from September 2015 to December 2016. Jai began their career as Operations Director at A&B Steel Shearing, where they were responsible for managing process parameters, quality control, and safety from May 2008 to August 2015.

Jai Guliani obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Wayne State University, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from the IICRC (International Institute of Cleaning and Restoration Certification) in March 2016. Jai also holds a certification as a Registered Building Service Manager (RBSM) from Sodexo, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
