Andy Friedman has a diverse work experience in various roles. Andy started as the VP of News/Talk/Sports - Online Content at iHeartMedia, where they oversaw national online informational content and on-air news network for 1,200 radio stations and 43 TV stations. Andy then joined Tribune Company and served as the VP of Interactive Content, leading digital evolution and managing online content strategies for 8 major newspapers, 23 TV stations, and 1 radio station. Later, they worked at AOL Patch.com and Merlin Media, holding positions of VP of Interactive Programming and VP of Content Operations respectively. Andy also worked as the Executive Director of Content & User Engagement at Penton, where they drove audience growth and revenue performance for 19 trade publications. Andy then served as the Chief Content Officer at the American Marketing Association, leading event programming and digital content transformation. In 2018, Andy joined HealthLight LLC & Future PLC as a consultant and interim leader, where they upgraded a global media company's live event growth strategy and implemented a digital marketing strategy for a medical device manufacturer. Currently, they serve as the Chief Marketing Officer at Specifi, leading marketing efforts across multiple countries for a SAAS company in the restaurant design and project quotation space.

Andy Friedman obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in History from the University of California, Berkeley. Andy then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree in Marketing from the University of Southern California.
