Caroline Russell

Caroline Russell has extensive experience in project management and IT delivery, currently serving as the Group & Finance Technology Portfolio Manager at Specsavers since March 2016. In this role, Caroline has held multiple project management positions encompassing Group/Finance IT Delivery, Retail IT Delivery, Global Infrastructure and Technology Change, and Technology Change, as well as acting as PPMO Systems Administrator for the Global Centre of Excellence. Prior to joining Specsavers, Caroline worked for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) from June 2003 to January 2016 as the Benefit Systems Lead, contributing valuable expertise in IT projects and administration.
