Jamie Dodd

Jamie Dodd has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. At Specsavers, Jamie served as the Technology Transformation Director, leading a team in replacing the company's Practice Management System and transitioning its technology to the cloud. Jamie also served as the Global Director of IT Run Services and the Global Head of Application Support, Operations, and Integration during their time at Specsavers.

Prior to Specsavers, Jamie worked at Aviva, starting as the Infrastructure Change Manager before progressing to roles such as Head of Digital Development - Data & Analytics, Head of Corporate Applications, and Head of Application Delivery for Aviva Health. In these roles, Jamie was responsible for establishing the Data & Analytics organization, delivering IT services across various business areas, and overseeing application development and support services.

Before Aviva, Jamie held roles at Marks and Spencer, including Systems Management Manager, Infrastructure Service Designer, Environment Manager, Transition and Release Manager, Datacenter Migration Implementation Manager, and Infrastructure Change Manager. They managed teams, designed and implemented infrastructure services, and oversaw datacenter migrations.

Jamie Dodd attended the University of Plymouth from 1995 to 1998, where they studied Geography and earned a BSc (Hons) degree. Prior to that, Jamie attended John of Gaunt Secondary School in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.
