Jane Carver

Jane Carver has a diverse work experience in executive search and recruitment, mainly in the retail industry. Jane currently works at Specsavers as the Global Executive Search Lead, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to this, they were the Executive Search Consultant at Specsavers from February 2021 to July 2021. Jane also served as the Executive Search Manager at Specsavers from November 2019 to May 2020. Before joining Specsavers, Jane worked at Retail Executives as the Associate Director - Global Executive Search, Retail, FMCG from November 2018 to November 2019. Jane also had experience as the Recruitment Manager - Europe at Clarks from May 2017 to May 2018. Jane's previous roles include HR Business Partner and Head Office & Group Resourcing Manager at Jaeger from October 2013 to September 2016, and Group Talent Acquisition Manager, UK - Calvin Klein Brands at Warnaco from April 2011 to May 2013. Jane started their career in the recruitment industry at Profiles Creative, where they held the position of Head of Fashion and Retail from October 2005 to May 2008. Their earliest role was as an Account Manager at Solar Active from May 2004 to October 2005.

Jane Carver attended the University of Southampton from 1989 to 1993, where they studied German.
