Sylvia Smiley (Stultz) has a wealth of work experience across various industries and roles. Sylvia is currently the Global Head of Talent Attraction at Zulu Alpha Kilo Inc., where they lead global talent attraction strategies and execution. Sylvia also served as the Talent Acquisition Director at Edelman and held various positions at Aon Risk Solutions, The Bagg Group, Stevenson & White, Mohawk College, Robert Half International, Telmetrics, and Stream Intelligent Networks Corp. Sylvia's roles included team lead, relationship manager, senior consultant, chair of an advisory committee, account executive, senior staffing manager, and senior accountant. Throughout their career, Sylvia has demonstrated leadership, partnership building, automation, and recruitment expertise.

Sylvia Smiley (Stultz) obtained a Mini-MBA degree from McGill University's McGill Executive Institute December 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Diploma in Business Administration - Accounting Co-op from Mohawk College from 1992 to 1994.
