Kirsty Chisholm is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent attraction and digital communications. Currently serving as the Head of Global Talent Attraction at bp, Kirsty has also held various leadership roles within the organization, including Head of Digital Communications, Digital Manager, and Programme Manager. In addition, Kirsty Chisholm is the Owner of 360 Degree Solutions and has contributed as a judge for the 2024 RAD Awards.
