Karina Hartmann

CRM Team Lead, Nothern Europe at Specsavers

Karina Hartmann has worked as a CRM Team Lead and CRM Manager for Specsavers since 2017, where they are responsible for managing and optimizing the CRM program and touchpoints for Nordic customers. Karina also manages a team of CRM Managers and facilitates best practice sharing. Prior to that, they worked as a CRM & Loyalty Manager for Ikano Bank from 2012 to 2017, where they focused on strategic development of customer lifecycle activities, CRM optimization, and customer surveys. Karina also worked as a Customer Insights Consultant for Telia from 2010 to 2012, and as a Research Executive for Nielsen from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, they have previous experience as a Project Manager for Wilke Markedsanalyse and as a Student Worker and Traineeship at Canon Danmark. Karina started their career as a Restaurant and Canteen Manager at Magasin in 2001.

Karina Hartmann has a diverse education history. From 2002 to 2005, they attended Lyngby Uddannelsescenter and earned a degree in Markedsføringsøkonom, equivalent to 120 ECTS points. In 2012, they took two short courses, one in Online Marketing at KEA, and another in Statistik at Niels Brock, both worth 10 ECTS points. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2001, Karina completed their Højere Handelseksamen (HHX) at Handelsskolen i Ballerup.
