Trish Kendall, a Spectacular at Work partner based outside of Boston, is our central hub for sales and business development consulting. She helps companies win and grow their clients by creating higher performing sales and account management teams. Businesses are constantly challenged to win new clients and grow the clients they have: sometimes the challenge is the market, sometimes the challenge is the product, and oftentimes the challenge is the mindset, behavior, or skills of the people responsible for winning and growing. Trish has encountered these challenges and leverages her institutional knowledge to the benefit of each and every one of her clients.
She has spent 25 years in business development for a wide variety of companies including Hewitt Associates, Towers Watson, CIGNA, and Jenny Craig —helping big employers (Walgreens, Baxter, Starbucks, Marriott, HCA Healthcare, if you are wondering) solve big problems and learning from the inevitable ups and downs. Taking a non-traditional path to success, Trish was educated more by life experiences than the classroom. She did the little things great, until great things happened.
She is also a professional speaker whose mission is to motivate and inspire young women across the country to achieve success, no matter their obstacles, using her own story and path as an inspiration and guidepost.
