Technical Escalation Account Manager at Spectra Logic

Ben Yost began their work experience in 1999 as a Loading Team Lead for America West Airlines. From 2000 to 2003, they worked as an Assistant Technical Engineer at Grau Data Storage. In 2004, they joined Webroot Software as an Enterprise Support Tier 3 Technician, where they provided support for desktop and SaaS products. In 2011, they became an Associate Technical Support Specialist at Intrado before moving to Rally Software Development in 2012 as a Customer Success Engineer. In 2013, Ben joined Spectra Logic as a Technical Escalation Account Manager and Manager of Technical Support.

Ben Yost attended Centaurus High School from 1990 to 1994, where they pursued a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Following this, from 1994 to 1996, they enrolled at the University of Northern Colorado, specializing in Business. Subsequently, they attended the UNLV Lee Business School from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and Business Management. In 2012, they obtained certification as a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
