Justin Mason

Justin Mason, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Justin is currently the Director of Finance at Spectra Logic, where they have been since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the HQ Sales Finance and Planning Manager at Danone from 2022 to 2023.

From 2017 to 2022, Justin worked at Ball Corporation in various finance roles. Justin was a Finance Manager II - FP&A from 2021 to 2022, a Finance Team Lead - FP&A from 2020 to 2021, a Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A from 2018 to 2020, and started as a Financial Analyst/Intern - Commercial Finance from 2017 to 2018.

Before joining Ball Corporation, Justin gained experience at Stewart Lender Services from 2012 to 2016 as a Senior Analyst | Team Lead. In 2012, they briefly worked as an IT Quality Assurance Tester | Mortgage Servicing Review Analyst at Allonhill. Justin's career started at RP Holdings Group, LLC in 2010, where they served as a First Legal Specialist | Billing Specialist until 2012.

Justin Mason earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and a minor in Business from The University of Texas at Austin in the period from 2006 to 2010. Justin then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance and Data Analytics from the University of Colorado Boulder, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. In addition to their academic qualifications, Justin obtained certifications in Colorado Life and Health Insurance, FINRA Series 66, and FINRA Series 7 in November 2010.
