Sanne van Kempen

Sanne van Kempen has extensive work experience in marketing, communications, content creation, editing, and education. Sanne is currently the Marketing and Communications Team Lead at Spectral since February 2023, after working as a Marketing and Communications Specialist at the same company from March 2021 to January 2023. Prior to that, Sanne was a Content Creator and Product Owner at hello energy from November 2017 to February 2021. Sanne also worked as an Editor on a freelance basis from August 2015 to May 2018 and as an Editor and Chief Editor at SLANG magazine from January 2014 to December 2015. Sanne gained experience as a Resident Assistant at the University of Amsterdam from August 2012 to April 2015. Additionally, they worked as an Editorial Intern at Opzij, part of Weekbladpers Media, from December 2013 to March 2014. Before that, Sanne served in various roles at Absint from September 2010 to July 2013, including Editor-in-Chief, Online Editor, Prose and Poetry Editor. Sanne'scareer started at Inwijs, where they worked as an Educational Assistant from November 2010 to May 2012.

Sanne van Kempen completed their education with a Master's Degree in RMA Dutch literature from the University of Amsterdam, from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Dutch modern literature from the same university, from 2010 to 2013. Sanne also attended Nehalennia SSG for their high school education, graduating with a degree in Athenaeum in 2010. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained certifications in Online marketing from Google and Content Creation / Content Marketing from De Upstarter in 2017.
