Karl Erik Christensen

Karl Erik Christensen has extensive work experience in various roles. Karl Erik started their career as a Konsulent lydteknik at Jysk Teknologisk Institut - afdeling for lydteknik, where they conducted støj- og vibrationsmåling, lydisolationsmålinger, and EU-typegodkendelsesmålinger. Karl Erik then worked as a UdviklingsIngeniør at Wittenborg A/S, focusing on the development of electronics for vending machines. In this role, they were responsible for prototyping, documentation, and diagram drawing.

Karl Erik then moved to Tommerup Elektronik A/S as an UdviklingsIngeniør. During their time there, they worked on development projects, handling hardware and software construction for clients. Karl Erik used C programming and Pcad for print layout. Following this, they joined ABB Motors A/S as an UdviklingsIngeniør, specializing in software and application development for AC motors with built-in frequency converters. Karl Erik also worked on the development of a Profibus-DP gateway for motor network connection, using C, Borland Delphi, and Pascal for software development.

After ABB Motors A/S, Karl Erik joined Spectralink as a Staff Test Engineer. Here, they focused on automated production testing of DECT phones and LAN infrastructure products. Karl Erik developed test software using Borland Delphi and was involved in designing and building test platforms, fixtures, and hardware.

Most recently, Karl Erik worked as a Sourcing Product Specialist at Tunstall A/S. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining and developing test equipment. Karl Erik developed production tests using C# and .NET.

Throughout their career, Karl Erik has gained strong expertise in areas such as test engineering, software development, hardware and software design, and project management.

Karl Erik Christensen completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Svagstrøm at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Southern Denmark. Karl Erik studied at the university from 1981 to 1985.
