In 2015, Lisa enrolled in St. Petersburg College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Lisa continued their studies at the same institution and graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Organizational Leadership, with a focus on Project Management.

Additionally, Lisa acquired a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification in 2021 from St. Petersburg College, further enhancing their skills in project management. Lisa also holds two additional certifications: a Project Management Support Certificate obtained in December 2019 from St. Petersburg College, and a Florida Notary Public certification obtained in November 2019 from the National Notary Association.
